LAS VEGAS, NV – Feb. 12, 2019 – Player’s Network, Inc. (OTCQB: PNTV), a rapidly growing company in the adult use and medical marijuana industry, with operations in Nevada and Argentina, announced today they have signed the Definitive Agreement with the Province of Jujuy, Argentina through its joint venture company Cannava (a Jujuy province’s state owned company) to develop fertile, organic state´s farmland the occupies 14,000 Hectares (about 54 sq. miles), for growth, extraction, and exportation of essential cannabis oils and other hemp-based products to legal markets throughout the world.

On November 16, 2018, an MOU was signed that required two milestones be met before the Joint Venture could begin cultivation activities.  1.) the creation of a comprehensive security plan, and 2.) approval by the Argentine Government to import Cannabis Genetics.  Green Leaf Farms has successfully accomplished both milestones.

The Joint Venture is now scheduled to begin planting premium cannabis seeds in March, beginning with a limited area to test which genetics respond best to the environment in Jujuy, and by September (Spring in Argentina) will plant the preeminent strains for harvesting and processing of oils and hemp-based products.

This abundant farmland granted to the Green Leaf Farms Joint Venture by the government will allow for the harvesting of thousands of tons of “Industrial Hemp Biomass” from which to extract a wide spectrum of oils to supply the worldwide need for raw ingredients necessary to manufacture a panoply of medical, health and wellness products. The Biomass remaining after extraction will be used to manufacture other environmentally beneficial products such as paper, plastic, textiles, rope, fuel, hempcrete and other hemp-based products.

“This is a groundbreaking project on so many levels”, said Mark Bradley, CEO of Players Network and Green Leaf Farms.  “Our business model and scalability surpass that of any other cannabis company in the world.  That’s not hyperbole.  Thanks to our Joint Venture with Jujuy province government (through Cannava), we will be able to supply, on a massive scale, the key ingredients used to produce an array of environmentally friendly hemp-based products, especially medical grade oils used to treat an assortment of afflictions from depression and diabetes, to arthritis, seizures and dozens of other physical, mental and emotional conditions.  This project will create a lot of jobs, and as part of our mandate, we will provide educational programs to the citizens of Argentina.  What other cannabis company can claim is kind of government backing and support?”

“We share with Green Leaf Farms the challenge and the vision for the development of a new cannabis industry for medical purposes in Argentina”, said Gastón Morales, President of Jujuy province state owned company Cannava. “We have found in Green Leaf Farms a company that do not hesitate to make true the objectives that surround this project, and that is why we have entered  to this public-private agreement to put into operation the first legal cannabis cultivation and production project in the history of Argentina, with a worldwide scale”
