VANCOUVER, British Columbia, August 31st, 2018 – Premier Health Group Inc. (CSE:PHGI) (“Premier Health” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the appointment of current Director, Dr. Essam Hamza, as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Utilizing technology such as telemedicine and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in the delivery of timely and more accessible health care is going to be an immediate focus for us,” said Dr.Hamza.

About Dr. Essam Hamza, MD
Dr. Hamza completed his medical and family practice degrees at the University of Alberta. Doctor Hamza founded the first HealthVue (formally Cambie Plaza) Medical Clinic in Richmond in 2005. He has since opened up a chain of inter-connected high-tech clinics and championed the introduction of telemedicine for his patients.
